Biography

Adam has worked in education for over 10 years at the secondary level. In that time, he served as a teacher, virtual coordinator, and Principal. Prior to his work at the University of New Mexico (UNM), Adam served as the data manager for the New Mexico Public Education Department’s College and Career Readiness Bureau (CCRB). As the data manager for the CCRB, Adam worked directly with all school districts across New Mexico’s 33 counties.
In his current role at UNM, Adam is serving as the data manager for the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (OfDEI) Communities to Careers programs. His responsibilities include working with OfDEI staff and partners to design and implement a comprehensive information resource system, including methods for data collection, management, and reporting for the Communities to Careers educational pipeline programs. Additionally, Adam works to support an evaluation structure across all Communities to Careers K-20 programs.
