I am teaching this module and course together with Richard Pascale, Harvard PhD / Professor and Author about The Power of Positive Deviance: How Unlikely Innovators Solve the World’s Toughest Problems.

This international programme equips leaders with the skills and know-how to deal effectively and creatively with the human dimensions of change in organisations, and the challenges they post.

Consulting and Coaching for Change is run jointly with HEC Paris and it draws on the combined strengths of two of the world's leading business schools.
