Aishwarrya Deore joins Georgetown's McDonough School of Business after graduating with a PhD from Michigan State University. Her research focuses on management accounting, specifically on internal and external control systems as well as governance and regulatory mechanisms that affect organizational behaviors. She is interested in studying non-financial outcomes in organizations.
