Cranfield School of Management
Dr Alan Cousens is a visiting lecturer at Cranfield University’s School of Management, and a Principal Industrial Education Fellow at The Institute for Manufacturing in the University of Cambridge. Alan teaches at degree level and also executive education, working with managers from a wide range of business, from start-ups to multi-national companies. His interactive teaching reflects his practical career experience and academic work, and includes leadership, operations, management of innovation, and industrial economics. Before joining Cranfield, Alan was Managing Director in a variety of high technology manufacturing companies, all operating internationally.
