Alan Solansky

Alan (founder) is a German qualified lawyer and entrepreneur with a strong technology background (Master of Law & IT, LL.M.) and 20 years’ work experience gained in international law firms and as entrepreneur in the online and media industry. He consulted and represented numerous successful technology start-ups, investors and international corporations in financial transactions as well as IP and IT Law. Furthermore, he serves as mentor and coach for spin-offs at Technical University Munich and mentor at START Incubator of University of St. Gallen (HSG). Alan also invests as Legal Angel in technology start- up companies.
