Terry College of Business
Alan Zucker has more than 25 years of experience leading projects and project management organizations in Fortune 100 companies. He is an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University and is a senior instructor with several national, professional development organizations.
Alan has a master’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland and a master’s certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Agile Professional (PMI-ACP) through the Project Management Institute. He also holds multiple Agile certifications from the Disciplined Agile Consortium, Scrum Alliance and Scaled Agile.
In 2016, Alan founded Project Management Essentials to provide advisory consulting and training in project management and Agile transformation to clients across the United States. He is also a keynote speaker and thought leader and is regularly featured in the industry press and as a podcast guest. He also publishes monthly articles on project management, agile, and leadership.
