Alejandro Villacís

I am the son of immigrant parents and a first-generation college student. My first job was working for my father as an ice cream vendor and learning how to operate a small business. However, as you read my profile you will meet an accomplished leader with expertise in multiple facets of operations, project management, supply chain, customer experience, and data analytics. I am passionate about learning new things and challenging myself. Outside of work, I give back to the community by volunteering for America Needs You to support other ambitious first-generation students through professional development and mentoring.

My background includes multiple examples of achieving improvements by designing operational flows and optimizing processes. I enjoy solving complex operational problems and finding ways to improve processes to generate cost savings and improve quality.
