Booth School of Business
Alex Chinco is a visiting assistant professor of finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His research interests are in asset pricing, behavioral finance, and real-estate finance. Chinco’s research has been published in the Review of Financial Studies and Journal of Finance. He has taught courses focused on real-estate investments and debt instruments and markets.
Chinco earned a PhD in finance from New York University, Stern School of Business. Also, he received a BA in economics from the University of Chicago.

Alex Chinco is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, City University of New York. He earned his PhD in Finance from New York University. His research interests center on the areas of behavioral finance, asset pricing, and machine learning.
