Biography

Alex is Co-Founder and Director of The Centre for High Performance (a collaboration between senior faculty from the Universities of Kingston, Duke CE, London Business School and Green Templeton College, Oxford).
He is also an Associate Professor at Kingston University (UK), and contributes to programmes for a range of institutions including Duke Corporate Education and Cass Business School.
The Thinkers50 placed him on their list of 30 management thinkers most likely to shape how future organisations are managed and led.
He has written a number of books and published articles in leading academic journals such as the Harvard Business Review.
Prior to moving into university education, Alex spent ten years in various divisions of the Smiths Group, a large engineering multinational, where he managed a number of businesses and provided consultancy support for the Group’s facilities in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
He has worked with MTP for a number of clients and leads our work in the area of Operations Management.
