Biography
Dr. Alexander Roitinger is a senior member of the firm's Technology Sector, based in Zurich. He works closely with clients across industries to tailor leadership solutions and recruit top talent. He leverages a broad, international background in management, strategy consulting and academia.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Alexander joined Russell Reynolds Associates from SIX, a financial technology and data provider, where he ended his tenure as a managing director in the financial information unit. Before joining SIX, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in banking, insurance, financial center strategy and retail. He began his career as a researcher and lecturer in economics at the Swiss Institute for International Economics (SIAW). Today, Alexander also is a lecturer for leadership development at the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences and the Institute of Communication and Leadership (IKF).
EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS
Alexander earned a master's degree in economics and financial markets as well as a doctorate in economics from the University of St. Gallen. He holds several certifications for coaching and leadership assessment from internationally recognized organizations. He speaks German, English and French.
