Alexandre Bohas

Graduate from Sciences Po Bordeaux, Alexandre Bohas holds a PhD in international political economics from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is also a member of Centre d’Études et de Recherches Transnationalistes, Chaos international, for which he wrote several analysis published in collective books. His research interests go to cultural fields and their power issues. He is more particularly interested in transnational entertainment’s firms, in American prevalence in this field and in the soft power of emerging countries. In addition, benefiting from a ten-year experience in an international firm, he specialized in international management, focusing on global leadership global and direct investments abroad.

In 2008,he co-authored with Josepha Laroche, Canal+ et les majors américaines. Une vision désenchantée du cinéma-monde. Two years later he published Disney. He also published in peer-reviewed journals such as Review of International Political Economy and Global Society.
