Ali Palmer

Ali served as Senior Faculty for multiple development programs at CCL to include the cornerstone Leadership Development Program, Maximizing Leadership Potential, Leadership Fundamentals, Leading Teams for Impact, and Leadership Essentials, Preparing to Lead Programs, and a variety of specifically-tailored client solutions. In these capacities, he served both Open Enrollment and Custom clientele that encompass government, for-profit, non-profit, faith-based, public and private institutions.  Ali also worked on the Center’s digital and virtual training team – focused on designing, delivering, and capability-developing technology and virtual-based leadership solutions for CCL’s full range of global clients. 

Ali received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2008 where he concentrated on general management and received a Merrill Lynch _Fellowship. He also received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1997 where he was awarded the _Superintendent’s Award for military, physical, and academic excellence.

Ali is a member of the Alumni Societies of Atlanta for Harvard University and West Point. He is a Field Force Recruiter for West Point and actively provides counseling and career coaching services to Veterans, college students, and high schoolers in the greater Atlanta area. Ali is also an Army Reservist, serving as a Captain in a Command and General Staff College (Army advanced leadership) unit located in Charlotte, NC.
