An 18 year alumna of Catholic education, (four of which were spent here at Mater Dei), Allison served as the Director of Admissions Marketing from 2008 to 2014 and worked with prospective students and their parents as they navigated the admissions process. She worked as the Director of Estate & Alumni Giving/Major Gifts Officer from 2014-2021 to secure gifts for the Annual Appeal and Mater Dei's endowment. In 2021, Allison moved into the role as Executive Director of Communications & Media Relations where she oversees all aspects of Mater Dei's brand identity and messaging including school publications, the website, and media relations.

Allison and her husband, Damien, are the proud parents of Future Monarchs Bridget '27, Cassidy, '32 and Elliott '35.

Education: Masters of Arts in Public Administration - Villanova University; CSPG (Certified Specialist in Planned Giving) from the American Institute for Philanthropic Studies at CSULB; Bachelor of Arts in History and English - Villanova University. Member of Partnership for Philanthropic Planning and Planned Giving Round Table of Orange County.

Allison has over 20 years of professional experience in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Her diverse career background in publishing, finance, customer service, and nonprofit development has contributed to her long tenure of success at Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, CA, her high school alma mater. Since 2008, she has served in various roles in the Office of Advancement & Alumni including admissions, philanthropy, and communications. In 2021, Allison moved into a new role as Executive Director of Communications. Mater Dei’s Communications Department centralizes all aspects of the school’s brand identity and messaging including school publications, the website, fundraising appeals, and media relations.
