About

Allison Davis started working full-time in higher education in 2016 after earning her M.Ed. in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago. Previously, she worked as a graduate assistant at both Illinois Institute of Technology and Loyola. She has been interested in and passionate about the college journey, and its intersections with social identity, since her own undergraduate college experience. She graduated from Converse College, a liberal arts women’s college in South Carolina, in 2014. Allison has experience in student programming, residence life, and academic honesty and community standards.

As Student Engagement Program Manager for the Quinlan School of Business, Allison develops co- and extra-curricular programming for undergraduate business students, advises the Quinlan Ambassadors, and plans large-scale events each year like the Quinlan Ramble spring break program and the Quinlan Commencement Celebration.
