Allison Gile

Allison Gile leads Talent Intelligence for Science and Design Leadership Recruiting and Academic Partnerships at Amazon. Her team builds and cultivates science and design talent communities to support the entire life cycle recruitment of specialized talent globally, working closely with Amazon’s design and science leadership.

Gile came to Amazon with prior experience specializing in chief financial officer (CFO) placement at large public companies and for private equity clients at Egon Zehnder, working on chief experience officer (CXO) functions at Pearson Partners and partnering with Accenture, KPMG and PWC at her search firm, the Gile Group. She holds a B.A. in history and French literature from Georgetown University, an MBA from the University of Texas and a coaching and English language training for adults (CELTA) certificate from Cambridge University.
