HEC Paris

Aluna Wang is an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Management Control at HEC Paris and a CIA credential holder. Aluna’s research interests include the role of disclosure and transparency in financial markets, the impact of financial regulation, and corporate governance.

Aluna is also invested in developing and deploying machine learning-based tools to improve our understanding of accounting data and provide intelligent solutions to real-world challenges facing financial service professionals in our rapidly changing digital landscape. Prior to joining the faculty of HEC Paris, Aluna was a PwC Presidential Fellow at the Digital Transformation and Innovation Center sponsored by PwC. She received her PhD and MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
