Biography
King’s Business School
Amanda Jones is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management. She received her PhD from King’s College London. During her doctoral degree she was a visiting lecturer at King’s where she taught qualitative research methods on the Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis MSc programme and served as a tutor on the BSc in Business Management.
Amanda has previously worked at the Human Relations Journal and as a Research Associate at the KCL Learning Board. Most recently, Amanda was a Senior Lecturer at University College Bahrain in the Middle East. She previously spent several years working in the professional services.
Amanda’s main research interests are in the areas of teleworking, work-life balance, flexible working, employees’ experiences of work and group dynamics.
