Anchit Sathi

In the two decades leading up to January 2020, I built a career as a general management executive, focusing primarily on creating and scaling technology teams. This is an expertise that I developed by leading teams of hundreds of product managers, software engineers, designers, researchers and technical writers based out of Europe, Asia and the USA; by launching a large number of software-based products in fast-paced technological environments; and by leading such ventures at all stages of growth. As of January 2020, I have retired from corporate life. For now, I am using this time to focus on parenthood, friends and family; to learn new skills (a PhD in literature is in the works, as are advanced certifications in Portuguese, Spanish, Latin and Classical Greek); and to teach old ones (see my work at the University of Washington and the Incubateur HEC below). While I continue to offer consulting services in areas where my experience can be helpful, I am no longer looking for a full-time role in business / technology at this point. Over the years, I have developed a passion for education, and in particular, for the formation of future generations of leaders, for the application of technology towards pedagogical efficacy, and for greater diversity and inclusiveness in education.
