Biography

Henley Business School

Andrea divides her time between three key areas of ensuring individual and organisational success: corporate learning and development projects, business coaching and HR related consulting. She designs and delivers tailored leadership programmes for corporate clients and professional services firms with an international footprint. All her programmes are underpinned by coaching as the ultimate way of tailoring the intervention to individual needs and thus ensuring lasting impact. Frequently the programmes are a vital element of a broader organisational change endeavour.

Andrea’s approach to coaching is strengths-based and solution focused. The majority of her coaching clients seek support through key transition stages, be it moving into a senior leadership role, accepting a stretch assignment, or seeking a re-orientation of their career. Educated as an occupational psychologist, working with and inside of organisations for 20+ years provided Andrea with a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and the ‘emotional undergrowth’ leaders need to deal with. Of her work, Andrea says: ‘Having the opportunity to support exceptionally talented, driven, resourceful people in making the impact they seek by identifying, appreciating, and utilising their unique strengths makes me feel very privileged. I can’t imagine ever tiring of my chosen field, as it’s such an evolving profession with many questions still unanswered. Each client is a new companion on this journey of joint discovery.’
