Andrea Huinink

Before becoming self-employed, which began at the end of 2016, I worked for 14 years in the human resources department of a large regional bank with 9,000 employees across the group. I started there as a trainee, gained my first professional experience in the corporate customer business and then in a 2-year position on the board.

In the human resources department, I gained extensive experience in various functions, including as a team leader:

• Recruiter for professionals and advises executives on all HR issues
• Trainee recruiter and supervisor, including assessment center implementation and strategic development
• Personnel developer, including support for the management assessment center

QUALIFICATIONS

• DBVC and IOBC certified coaching training
• 3-year training in transactional analysis
• Graduate in business administration with a focus on banking and marketing
• 10 years of experience as a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management at the Hanover and Hamburg locations for human resources and business administration
• Various further training courses in the area of ​​personnel and personal development
• Further training in coaching at the Dehner Academy in Berlin
