As a naturally-curious person with a passion for data and helping people, I’ve gained unique experience in HR, Finance, and Operations. With this perspective, I approach HR leadership from a true business partner perspective and balance strategic thinking with agile execution.

Whether scaling operations for a startup, establishing multifaceted people functions, or delivering critical insights to large, global companies, I utilize the latest technology tools to drive the digital agenda, predict outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

When leveraged to its full potential, people analytics is an incredibly exciting field, providing an opportunity to positively shape people experiences, improve equity in the workplace, and equip leaders to make decisions that lead to optimal business outcomes and sustained growth.

The human side of HR has been of the utmost importance in my current role as Global Director of People Operations, Systems, and Analytics for Preply, a rapidly growing global language learning marketplace. I’m incredibly proud of the resiliency of our team and organization as we’ve navigated the unprecedented circumstances stemming from the war in Ukraine.

While helping directly-impacted employees, we have maintained uninterrupted operations and continue to grow the business.

𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀

• Led a Global Centre of Excellence and new analytics solutions impacting more than 30 offices globally for Upfield, the largest plant-based consumer packaged goods company.
• Strengthened analytics and oversaw the delivery of people insights to senior leaders across international regions (EMEA, APAC, & LATAM) for Facebook.
• Built the talent analytics team from the ground up for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and oversaw the international HR Centre of Excellence.
• Drove business intelligence strategy for key financial services clients for a global recruitment process outsourcing firm.
• Contributed to high-profile projects as a business consultant. Implemented new systems, devised financial and forecast models, and delivered significant savings.
