Biography

Andrew is the CEO of Enactus UK, a social business working across 62 UK universities and many UK schools to support and develop the next generation of responsible leaders through co and extra-curricular leadership development and social impact experience. Andrew has worked for over 30 years around the world for organisations such as Lucas Automotive, Honda, UTA, KPMG Consulting, Atos, EDS, BT and British Gas specialising in lean and agile change management and growth.

Andrew is an experienced chair having taken the role as the founding chair of the Leicester and Leicestershire Local Enterprise Partnership having previously supported a number of sub-regional economic development boards focusing on addressing the skills gap and employability. Andrew is a lay trustee of the Leicester University Student Union and previously spent over ten years as a member of the Business in the Community CSR regional board and two years as HRH The Prince of Wales' Regional Ambassador for the East Midlands.

Andrew is an honours graduate with an Upper Second Class Honours degree in Engineering Technology. He was awarded an OBE for services to enterprise and the economy in 2015.
