Andrew Helveston

Customer Care & Logistics Director MARS Chocolate North America

Andy is currently the Customer Care & Logistics Director at MARS Chocolate North America. His organization is responsible for all aspects of the deliver function within MARS Chocolate, including the movement of product from the back of the factory to the end customer.

Prior to this role, Andy spent five years at Johnson & Johnson in a variety of supply chain assignments. His most previous role was as a Regional Director of Supply Chain Planning for the Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company, where he led the end-to-end supply chain management for the CPC Beauty and Neutrogena Cosmetics franchises. Prior to this role, Andy spent three years as the Director of CPFR for the Johnson & Johnsons Sales and Logistics Company. His organization was responsible for managing the customer forecasting and replenishment relationships between key retailers and Johnson & Johnson.

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Andy spent six years with Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and six years with Warner-Lambert Company, holding positions in multiple supply chain functions, including customer support, inventory management and transportation. He is also active in education by participating as an adjunct faculty member for several Penn State Executive Education programs.

Andy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Science degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University. Andy and his wife, Lisa, have three children (Lauren, Krista and A.J.).
