Biography

Angélica is counsel in White & Case's Paris International Arbitration practice group, having spent a year on secondment in the London office. She focuses on commercial arbitration relating to construction projects, energy and other commercial issues, conducted in English and French under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

Angélica also deals with annulment proceedings with respect to commercial and investment arbitral awards in France, and enforcement proceedings in France and various other jurisdictions worldwide.

Angélica regularly works in English, French, and German. Before joining White & Case, Angélica acquired experience within international law firms in London and Singapore.

Angélica teaches international and French arbitration law and oral advocacy at the universities Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2), Sorbonne Paris Nord (Paris 13), of Lorraine (Nancy), and ESADE (Barcelona). She is active with the Vis Moot competition, having acted as participant (Queen Mary University, London), coach and arbitrator, and organized events and pre-moots across Europe, including Paris, London, Vienna, as well as in Riyadh.
