Anna Ginès Fabrellas

Anna Ginès i Fabrellas graduated in Law (2006) and Economics (2008) at Pompeu Fabra University (Barcleona) and in 2011 obtained her PhD on compensation of damages derived from labor accidents or occupational diseases and obtained the V PhD Extraordinary Prize from the Law Department at Pompeu Fabra University. Her main research interests include workplace health and safety, employer¿s liability due to labor accidents and occupational diseases, comparative Labor Law and economic analysis of Labor Law.

She has published numerous books, chapters and papers in national and international scientific journals, has participated in multiple research projects and participated as a lecturer in many conferences and seminars. She has been a visiting researcher at the Law Department of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Italy, 2008), the Institut de Recherche Juridique sur l''Entreprise et les Relations Professionnelles of Université Paris Ouest (France, 2009) and Cornell Law School (USA, 2010). Furthermore, since 2013 she is editor of the electronic law review IUSLabor, indexed in numerous data bases and with a strong international profile as a result of its specialization in labor law from a comparative perspective and a prevailing presence of international authors.
