Anna Mayo
Assistant Professor of Management & Organization at Carey Business School
Biography
Carey Business School
Anna Mayo is an Assistant Professor in the Carey Business School. Her research explores questions related to what enables effective teamwork, particularly in dynamic organizing contexts, where formal structures that typically support coordination (e.g., clearly defined roles, boundaries around who is "in" the group, and stable relationships via longstanding work groups) are being stripped away. She has studied teamwork in lab settings as well as in finance and health care.
