Biography

I am an attorney managing a New York office of Brand Counsel, P.C., a law firm in the United States. I assist with issues related to business, social media, intellectual property, employment and immigration law. I draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements; handle terms of use, privacy policy and trademark and copyright matters; register entities and file visa applications. I advise clients primarily from the fashion, beauty, art, media, and tech industries.

I have advanced my expertise as a lecturer at the Fashion Institute of Technology, School of the Art Institute of Chicago, LIM College, London College of Fashion and Ulster University. I have also spoken at the Peruvian Fashion Council Trademark Workshop, Fashion Tech Week NY, 100% Retail & Fashion conference and at a fashion technology seminar at the Advanced Science Research Center at the City University of New York.

My work has been published in Harper’s Bazaar, Elle and Glamour. In addition, I have been featured in Vogue Poland, Elle Slovenia, Harper’s Bazaar Poland, HUE magazine, and Africa Fashion Law, among others.
