Biography

I am Assistant Professor of Organization Economics and Management at the WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. I received my doctoral degree in Accounting from Mannheim University in 2010. My research interests include management compensation, incenctive contracts, task assignment, organizational structure, cost accounting, and franchising.

In 2011, I was a Visiting Scholar at the Accounting Area of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, California. I worked as a Research Assistant at the Chair for Organization Theory, WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, Vallendar, as Research and Teaching Assistant at the Institute for Business Administration and Managerial Accounting, Mannheim University from 2007 to 2010 and as a Coordinator of the PhD program at Tubingen University from 2006 to 2007. I hold a diploma in International Business Administration with language certificates in English and Italian from Tubingen University and spent one year abroad at Bocconi University in Milan.
