Anna van der Togt

As service designer at Livework, I research, imagine, design and test competitive strategies that satisfy or exceed the customers’ needs whilst meeting business (or sustainability) goals.

My focus is to continuously seek and apply state-of-the-art knowledge and methods. Ensuring relevant and valuable work for our clients.

I’ve always been a jack-of-all-trades. During my Bsc. in industrial product design and my Masters in strategic product design, I loved doing things outside of my studies: founding a startup, doing extracurricular projects abroad, starting a collective of students that helped out refugees or leading a debating and culture association. The know-how I gained from one activity, flowed into the others or fueled innovation in study projects.

Today is no different, I love working as a service designer at Livework as it’s the perfect place where all this inspiration and cross-pollination can come together and is widely appreciated. Working in many sectors, with many clients, each with their own context and challenges, drives my ambition. I want to find new, relevant strategies that help our clients push their boundaries to deliver what their customers want both now and in the future whilst reaching their business/organisation/sustainability goals.
