DePaul University
Anne Davis is an adjunct faculty member in the College of Communication, where she teaches Special Event Planning (PRAD 320).
Anne brings more than 15 years of special event planning experience to her class. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of assisting with many high-profile Chicago events including the Stanley Cup city celebrations, NFL Draft, Taste of Chicago, ITU World Triathlon and the NATO ISAF Leaders Dinner.
Technology, current events and pop culture constantly shape the landscape of the special events industry. Anne draws on her experiences to infuse class with relevant, real world examples to illustrate the power of successfully planned events.
Anne received her BA degree in Communication from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She earned her MBA from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
When Anne is not out at an event she can be found running along the lakefront path or spending time with her family at her neighborhood park.
