More than 13 years in the oil and gas sector, renewable energy sector, FPSOs, FSO, subsea installation dealing with EPC, EPCI bespoke forms of contract, structuring, financing and multiple jurisdictions.

A contracts specialist, with significant knowledge and particular experience in construction and engineering projects in the oil and gas and infrastructure sectors. Extensive drafting experience with main contracts, subcontracts and standard terms and conditions in purchase orders in the different sectors. In depth knowledge and understanding of construction law to confidently advice Clients, Developers, Government Agencies, Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers on the myriad of legal issues faced in each sector.

As a contracts specialist, dispute resolution clauses and in particular, choice of law and arbitration clauses take on a special significance. Experience includes both the practice and teaching of dispute resolution especially arbitration, mediation and adjudication both locally and internationally.
