Anne Pearce

Anne is the Vice President Performance and Deployment at Shell based in The Hague. She is responsible globally for a number of HR practices including performance management, which applies to Shell’s 80,000 employees worldwide. Over the last two years she has led the roll out of a refreshed approach to performance management focusing on integrating data and insights from managers and employees in order to truly understand what drives motivation and using that to support purpose and alignment within teams.

Prior to joining Shell, Anne held a number of senior HR roles in multinational companies and has worked in China, US, UK, Africa and Canada.
