Biography

CBS Executive

My main research interest is public organization and innovation. I have done research in these areas: • Everyday innovation and organizational change • Organizational Ethnograhy and qualitative studies • Narrative studies with a focus on narrative time and fragmented narratives • Health Care Innovation, Health Care Organizing and Management • Public organizing with a focus on professionals, routines, coordination and work relations

I have an interest in organizational studies in particular how organizations effect people, work and time. People can be defined as the people working in organizations as local managers and professionals and their collaboration with users and other stakeholders. Work can be defined as work relations to create coordination, or routines in organizations. Time can be defined both as change of time as innovation or organizational change or as narrative time that are linked to spaces as chronotopes.

Currently I’m involved in a research project about the implementation of health care innovation at Rigshospitalet.
