Research & Teaching Interests

Professor Un''s research interests include comparing innovativeness of foreign and domestic firms, how R&D investments, R&D collaborations, R&D outsourcing, and the management of people influence innovation. She has taught international business courses at PhD, MBA, and undergraduate levels.

Industry & Academic Experience

Prior to joining Northeastern University, Professor Un was a faculty member at Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of business. Before earning her doctorate from MIT, she was a financial analyst for the Ford Motor Company.
