Anthony Brausen

Tony has extensive Board of Directors and Audit Committee experience and has served on boards for Fraser, Inc, Imation Corporation, FEMAC, and the University of St. Thomas. Currently, Tony is serving as the Chair for Opus College of Business (University of St. Thomas) Board of Governors and is also the Chair of the Executive Committee. Most recently, Tony was the Senior Advisor and Senior Vice President of Finance for The Mosaic Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. At Mosaic, Tony was a member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for 700-person Global Finance and IT organizations, led the strategic planning process and Capital Expenditure Senior Management Committee, and worked closely with the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Compensation Committee.

Tony received his B.A. in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of St. Thomas, attended the Graduate School of Business – Executive Financial Management Program at Stanford University, attended the Minnesota Executive Program at the University of Minnesota, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
