Biography
Hult International Business School
Teaching: Since joining Hult, I have taught 24 distinct courses across most programs offered here (BBA, PhD, MBA, MIM, MSBA, MIB...). I've taught both at Hult San Francisco and Hult Shanghai and, as of January 2021, am based at Hult Boston. My teaching ratings have averaged 4.5/5, even as I've taught up to 46 credits in a single academic year, all at Hult. I've supervised 28 directed studies, in addition. Despite a pivot to all virtual delivery for Summer 2020, a PG elective in Talent Management that I proposed, co-developed, and taught garnered a 4.8/5 teaching rating.
Research and Service: I have made nine intellectual contributions while at Hult. I also have served on a variety of committees, including our curriculum committee and BBA program redesign group. I lead the leadership and organizational behavior department for a three year term and currently mentor my peers in research as a Hult Research Fellow. I won two research awards and helped two undergraduates get work accepted to the premier management conference in the country during my Hult tenure thus far.
