Arancha is particularly experienced in personal branding, Including career development, social media awareness, social media strategy, advanced technical knowledge and talent management programs.

Arancha works in boosting people’s talent and companies’ competitiveness through innovation and personal branding. She provides consultancy services and training on: personal branding for management teams, senior managers and teams; career coaching; personal branding for entrepreneurs and consultants; innovation in managing talent; and headhunting.

She uses unique models such as the talent map, storytelling and networking. She has worked in more than 350 cases of personal branding for senior managers and professionals in companies such as Telefónica, Banco Mediolanum, HP, Danone, Sanofi and Desigual. Currently Director of Arancha Ruiz Headhunter & Talentist, a consulting company that searches for and evaluates talent and personal branding.

Previously Managing Partner of consulting firm Executive Search TRIEM, a firm with more than 25 years of experience in searching for and selecting directors. Previously, different direction and management positions at IE Business School as Deputy Director of Master’s in Law, Deputy Director of the Admissions and Marketing Department, and Product Manager for Legal Assessment Master’s (IE Law School).
