Ari Pokka

CEO, Mr. Ari Pokka is worldwide known principal and education policy maker. He has led two of the biggest senior High Schools in Finland. As a school leader his career is 25 years. Ari has also been The President of Finnish Association of Principals and International Confederation of Principals.

During his long career Ari has worked numerous educational bodies in Finland and abroad. His last working experience was Head of Development in First Finnish Senior High School in Doha Qatar.

Currently Ari is working in Romania, Ukraine and China in school level and ministry advisor.

Ari is an author of well-known book: TOP Class — Finnish School leadership and Management. During 2021 Top Class has been published in China. He is now working in several countries as education advisor.
