Haas School of Business
For the past 28 years Arina Isaacson has brought her expertise to the field of executive coaching and inspirational leadership. She has consulted internationally with senior management teams across the globe. Her vast experience includes corporate, educational and government organizations. Her specializations are: executive coaching, building leadership presence, trusted advisor and communication skills, which include the crafting and telling of compelling leadership journey stories.
Arina is currently a part of the professional faculty at UC Berkeley/Haas School of Business and UC Davis Graduate School of Management where she teaches Leadership Communication and Storytelling for Leadership to MBA students. She is senior faculty at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business Executive Coaching Institute. Arina works with diverse populations of international students, MBA students and corporate executives.
She is the principal of Arina inc, an executive coaching and consulting practice that specializes in developing authentic presence and creativity through communication and speaking coaching. She serves as an executive coach to seasoned senior executives, leaders, managers and entrepreneurs as well as emerging, aspiring young leaders (www.arinainc.com).
Arina has been a senior consultant with Corporate Scenes, Inc. and Mark Rittenberg Enterprises for 28 years.
She received her MA degree in Education, Linguistics and Communication from New York University.
Arina is known for an intuitive, dynamic ‘hands-on” style of seminars, training and coaching. She utilizes inclusive, lively, unorthodox, and experiential techniques based in the performing arts to create learning experiences that are powerful, playful and transformative. As a result of her rich life experience, Arina is able to focus intensely on a very specific set of interpersonal leadership skills that allow people to inspire and motivate others by making authentic connections.
Arina is an internationally recognized director; improvisational actress; master puppeteer and storyteller in the New Vaudeville and avant-garde theater movements of both the United States and Europe. She founded and was the longtime director of the San Francisco School of Improvisational Theater.
She is a painter, a vision board collage artist, sculptor and creativity coach.

She has taught at Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, Olin School of Business at Washington University,UC Davis Graduate School of Management and HKUST/ Hong Kong Business School.

Through Arina inc, she coaches Hipower, a select group of women corporate leaders, from Silicon Valley, focused on accelerating leadership roles to wide-ranging significance.
