Biography
Arjan Groen assists companies in creating value in the long term, through mergers, acquisitions, alliances and other transformations.
He studied law in Leiden and then pursued postgraduate studies at top international universities, in fields like Supply Chain (Stanford), Advanced Management (INSEAD) and Change Management (IMD). He is a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, and recently became certified in governance at INSEAD. He has been working as a partner at EY since 2009. For thirteen years, he was responsible for M&A and Integration at an AEX-listed multinational. In addition to his work at EY, he is a university guest lecturer at the Rotterdam School of Management.
