Biography

Armelle Godener is Director of Academics at Grenoble Ecole de Management. She is responsible, with the strong involvement of the Heads of departments and the pedagogical teams, for the evolution of the content of the programmes, as well as the development and deployment of the GEM Learning Model. She also supervises departments related to Teaching and learning activities and Faculty development of competences, and the Library. She previously was the Head of the department Accounting, Law and Finance and Director of the Franco-Norwegian programme of marketing. She teaches management control at all levels. Her research is focused on the impact of management control on managers'' behaviors and on performance measurement of R&D activities. Pedagogical innovation is also a serious center of interest. She holds an Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches, a PhD and the diploma of ESCP-EAP.
