Biography
Arthur Jago is an assistant professor of management in the Milgard School of Business at the University of Washington - Tacoma. He completed his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, after which he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Southern California. He primarily researches automation and the future of work, with a particular emphasis on how new technologies are changing people's experiences in both business and society.
