College Professor, playwright, screenwriter. Founder and producer of developmental theatre. Academic research focuses on Bollywood cinema, the Indian diaspora, representations of women in Bollywood films, and post-colonial societies. Special focus on transnationalism and the impact of auteur theory on social awareness and change.
