Assaf Ben-David

A graduate of the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, Radzyner School of Law. Assaf holds an LL.B degree in Law and LL.M in Business Law. Assaf specialized in international commercial law, funds, Internet and computer law, and start-ups and currently provides both legal and business consulting to startups from Israel and abroad. In 2014 Assaf was recruited to establish the IDC Legal Clinic for Startups at the IDC and served as the clinic director until 2018. Additionally, Assaf teaches the unique interactive course: "International Business Negotiations" at the IDC, universities overseas and to mid-senior level managers at private companies. Assaf is a certified mediator.
