Barbara Eiser is a sought-after executive coach, team building expert, and leadership retreat facilitator. Clients achieve powerful results through her active partnership in their leadership growth. Applying her extensive management, business and global coaching experience, Barbara works with leaders to develop practical solutions to complex issues. She uses a proven coaching method encompassing assessment, action planning, dynamic discussions and behavior measurement. This process enables leaders to successfully think strategically, drive execution, navigate change, build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.

Clients include Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized firms, hospital systems, universities and professional services firms. Examples of leaders served are Fortune 500 Division Presidents, high-potential global leaders, executive teams, hospital C-suite leaders, senior professionals, and university department chairs. Barbara is also an Adjunct Executive Coach at The Wharton School.

Before founding Leading Impact in the Philadelphia area, Barbara was a Vice President at major New York and Chicago-based companies. She led strategic planning and change management initiatives, supervised teams, and served on executive task forces for IT system conversions, process innovations, mergers and acquisitions.

Barbara is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. She holds Master’s degrees from Harvard and Columbia, taught Leading Organization Change in an MBA program, authored articles and presented leadership workshops nationally. She has also appeared as a coach on CBS-TV and is in the Forum of Executive Women.

Barbara is certified in leadership and personality assessments such as the Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks 360 and Executive Dimensions, Myers-Briggs, Conflict Dynamics Profile, DiSC, Hogan, and EQi-2.0 emotional intelligence.
