Bechara Abi Assi

I am a Lebanese expat who now calls Amsterdam home, having moved here three years ago from Dubai, where I was born and raised.

I am currently an independent consultant, facilitator, and coach, after having spent a decade at McKinsey & Co serving clients on strategy and organizational development challenges. I've always been driven by my curiosity to understand, especially people, and how they operate. My experience working with clients, colleagues, and transformation sparked a passion for working with individuals, teams, and organizations in service of their transformation journeys.

I'm very excited by the potential people have not only to transform themselves, but the world around them, and have been on my own journey over the last years, searching for my ikigai. Curiosity drives me outside of work as it does inside, and I love to spend time discovering, be it new places, experiences, foods or people.
