As a Global Risk & Security leader, I have set-up and transformed Security and Risk Management organizations over the last 20 years, with a specific focus on Value Creation. In adverse environments, redefine "the-way-we-do", invest in sustainable talents and drive an in-depth cultural change is my preferred approach.

From a personal perspective, I regularly serve NGOs/NPOs to advise them on their global strategic and security challenges. I also value learning, sharing views, being challenged but also publishing, give university and/or high school lectures on these areas.
