Biography
-
Born into a large, extended Italian family, I grew up having dinners every Sunday in the company of my tribe. With dozens of cousins there to collaborate with for entertainment each week, I quickly learned the value and allure of working as a team and being a part of something bigger than myself.
In my professional journey, I utilized that early insight within the corporate world. I quickly found my natural talents of optimism and communication, coupled with a degree in Christian Education, was a perfect fit for leadership development roles. In working with both small and large companies, I was able to develop leaders who were now focused on the vital relationships the people in their organization needed to flourish. I was coaching without even knowing it!
My Passion
Having seen the benefits first-hand of coaching in those roles, my experiences evolved into a mission to help more people harness the hidden potential locked inside them. As I did, it solidified the belief in me that as individuals flourish and grow to optimize their potential both professionally and personally, it can create a ripple of change to benefit the lives of everyone around them.
