Biography

Bethany Dailey Tisdale currently teaches Professional Communication and has previously taught courses in the departments of English and women’s and gender studies. Prior to joining the Moore School faculty, Tisdale was a curriculum developer and writer for the USC College of Social Work. In that role, she developed instructional materials for partner agencies and wrote web news articles. Tisdale also has years of experience as a writing consultant and served as assistant director of the University Writing Center. In addition to her work at USC, Tisdale takes her communication skills into the community as a Speakers Bureau volunteer for Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands. Tisdale is an experienced instructor and writer who is passionate about working with students to develop communication skills for life.
