I am a life science professional with venture capital, commercial, and operational experience across diverse ecosystems. I am passionate about nurturing talent and firmly believe in life-long learning and managerial agility. My research interests include ethics and compliance, and leadership development. In over 25 years in both the public and private sectors, I have commercialized global and regional brands, and managed operations across APAC geographies including China. in my current role, I am a member of the Top Management Council of Kyowa Kirin, a Japan-based global specialty pharma company. From 2014-2019, I was also a Venture Partner for Life Sciences at IGlobe Partners, an Asia Pacific Venture Capital firm headquartered in Singapore.
